Prairie Central Adventist Academy is committed to providing quality Christian education while working with families to make tuition as accessible as possible. The information below outlines tuition rates, deposits, and available financial assistance for the upcoming school year.
Admission Fees (2026–2027)
The following admission and registration fees apply to all families. Admission fees are non‑refundable and submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
- New Student Application Fee: $75 per student
- Capital Development Fee: $75 per family (annual)

Registration Fee: $25 per student
(Includes registration, insurance, and Math Lab; applies to all children, including 3rd & subsequent)
Additional Fees (as applicable):
- School Bus Fee: $85/month (1st child), $65/month (2nd child), Free (3rd child)
- Performance Shirt (Polo, Gr. K–12): $20
- Gym Shirt (T‑shirt, Gr. 3–12): $12
- Athletics, field trips, and special activities: As applicable
Tuition Overview
Tuition rates are determined by a student’s grade level, the number of children enrolled in a family, and constituent membership status. Discounts apply for families with multiple children enrolled.
Tuition Deposit
A non‑refundable tuition deposit is required to secure a student’s placement for the upcoming school year.
- $250 for the first child
- $500 per family for two or more children
The tuition deposit must be paid by June 1 in order to confirm enrollment.
Non‑Constituent Member Tuition (2026–2027)
Non‑Constituent Members are families who are not members of a Seventh‑day Adventist Church contributing funds toward the operation of the school.

Constituent Member Tuition (2026–2027)
Constituent Members are members of a Seventh‑day Adventist church that contributes financially to the operation of Prairie Central Adventist Academy.

Financial Assistance & Bursaries
Prairie Central Adventist Academy offers bursary assistance to qualifying families based on demonstrated financial need and available funding.
- Bursary support is reviewed on an annual basis
- Families must submit all required documentation
- The tuition deposit must be paid for bursary eligibility
- Financial assistance decisions are made after full application review
