Interview Phase
After an enrolment application has been submitted, you will be contacted for an interview with the Principal. Both parents should accompany the student for the interview. Questions are asked to determine the educational needs of your child, as well as spiritual and social aspects of your child’s education.
Assessment Phase
Our admissions assessment helps us to determine if we are able to meet the academic and social/behavioural needs of prospective students.
Assessment may include a review of a prospective students’ academic records, placement and or readiness testing.
Decision Phase
After the interview, the decision will be conveyed to the family. If PCAA is able to provide placement for your child, a letter of acceptance and registration package will follow.
Registration Package
The registration package contains a Registration Form and a tuition statement. Completed paperwork should be submitted to our Administrative Office with the following:
- Admissions Fees
- Student Report Card and or Transcript (from previous school)
- Birth Certificate
- Manitoba Health Certificate
- Proof of Canadian Citizenship
- Parent Participation Program Registration
- Yearly annual tuition in pre-arranged format, either post-dated cheques or pre-authorized payment consent
Payments reserve the students' placement and are non-refundable.

* A half-time kindergarten program is one-half of full-time tuition. Children in excess of two from the same family will not be required to pay tuition. Since the school is partially funded by Manitoba Education, Junior/Kindergarten students pay tuition regardless of the number of students enrolled.
